I am a freelance screenwriter, researcher, script editor, fiction writer and communication and performance teacher.

In 2016 I was awarded a QANZAC 100 Fellowship by the State Library of Queensland to complete the research for my second novel set during the first world war. The working title is “Dear Mrs Wheeler” and it is the story of Annie and Portia Wheeler and the extraordinary work they did for Queensland soldiers during the war.

My screenwriting credits include the feature film “Don’t Tell” which is scheduled for release in 2017 and several episodes of series one and two of the ABC drama “The Time of Our Lives”. I was script editor of the telemovie “Beaconsfield” which screened on the Nine Network and researcher on the ABC mini-series “Paper Giants – The Magazine Wars”.

In 2015 I completed a Graduate Diploma of Journalism at QUT with a GPA of 7 and was awarded a place on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence.  I run a private drama and communication studio for children, young adults and adults.
